Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread globally, affecting all aspects of social life, including university training. In response to this situation, Lab College University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan has moved from direct teaching mode to online teaching mode. However, when applying this manner of teaching, the College's Faculty of Physical Education and Sports is facing a number of difficulties because the lessons in the training program are mainly practical, which requires some particular teaching facilities, such as a yard and other training types of equipment. Stemming from the current online teaching and learning practices on the basis of surveying the situation, the authors would like to offer a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of online teaching in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports to meet the training goals and plans.
