Abstract

Quality of Working Life (QWL) is a concept that refers to the overall satisfaction of employees with their jobs, and is an important factor in improving job performance and productivity. It encompasses various aspects of the job, such as working conditions, relationships between employees and managers, work-life balance, and availability of resources. QWL initiatives strive to create a positive work environment that is conducive to employee wellbeing and morale.
